Urban Training Centre offers free diving courses that adhere to AIDA standards, providing a structured approach to learning breath-hold diving, safety, and depth training for both recreational and competitive divers.

The AIDA 1 Freediving Course is an introductory program designed for those new to freediving. It covers the basics of breath-holding, equalization, and freediving safety, allowing participants to experience the underwater world with minimal equipment. The course is ideal for beginners who want to understand the principles of freediving in a relaxed and supportive environment.

AIDA 3 Freediving Course Overview
