No prior experience is required for most of our courses. We have programs tailored for beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced participants.
Cancellations made more than 76 hours before the course start date are eligible for a refund. An administration fee of 3% of the value of the course will be deducted from the amount refunded. Cancellations made within 76 hours are non-refundable but the credit for the course can be put on hold for a period of 1 year from the initial booked date. If a course hasn't been taken after 1 year, the payment will be forfeited.
Yes, all our certifications are internationally recognized and respected in the industry.
We provide most of the equipment required for the courses. However, participants may be required to bring personal items like swimsuits and towels.

Yes we are DCAS (Dubai Corporate of Ambulance Centre) approved! This means that your first aid course has the stamp of approval and your trainer is certified.
Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment and Participation
- Participants must complete the registration form and pay the required fees to secure a spot in the course.
- Urban Training Centre reserves the right to deny enrollment for safety or eligibility reasons.
2. Payments and Refunds
- Payments must be made in full before the course start date.
- Cancellations made more than 76 hours before the course start date will receive a refund. An admin fee will be charged
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 76 hours of the course start date.
3. Course Completion and Certification
- Participants must meet attendance and performance requirements to receive certification.
- Urban Training Centre is not responsible for certifications being invalidated due to non-compliance with the issuing organization's guidelines.
4. Safety and Liability
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
- Urban Training Centre is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by negligence or failure to adhere to safety protocols.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials provided by Urban Training Centre are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Changes to Course Schedule
- Urban Training Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course-related purposes.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from participation in our courses will be addressed through arbitration in accordance with local laws.
